Dr. Merve Ayyüce Kızrak

Dr Merve Ayyüce Kızrak is an AI expert with over 15 years of experience across academia, public policy, and the private sector. She holds a PhD in Electronics and Communications Engineering, a Master’s in Economics, and certifications from the University of California, Berkeley.

She previously led Türkiye’s National AI Strategy and the “Public Sector Data Space” initiative at the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Digital Transformation Office. She has taught thousands of students, advised startups, and collaborated with international organisations including the OECD and the United Nations.

As Founder and CEO of HUX AI in the UK, she focuses on responsible AI governance, risk management, and the development of ethical, scalable AI systems for public and private sector use.
